We feature on slmen moddable long sleeved tops only. So yes, you can tweak your shirt and jacket to show shirt cuffs. That's the very reason why we don't promote no mod items! I'm showing a tanktop on this composite, so you can't in any way have a look on shirt cuffs ;) but if you chose a long sleeved shirt, you could make it long enough to get the look you want!
