New shoes from Eponymous Trenchmouth are always a welcome, and usually exciting, addition to my inventory. The Rigger is no exception. Resembling a workboot with the twist of a fabric textured cuff, the Rigger comes in several colors, including the Black Cherry shade pictured here. Menu resizeable, the boot is offered for 350L per color, or 1250L for the fatpack of all 6 colors. My only complaint, and this might be a fault of the jeans and not the shoes, is that the shoes are difficult to wear with long pants. One is almost forced to wear highwaters in order to show off the detail of the shoes; otherwise the cuff of the shoe interferes with the pants cuff. I had to do a bit of adjusting for each pose here, and that kind of adjustment isn’t possible on the fly while moving about in world.

Which leads me to these jeans by Lookr. The texture is great, buffed and faded, strategically torn and scratched, but the jeans have the dreaded “jagged bottom bug” that can be so easily avoided. This often forces one to use sculpted cuffs, and sometimes these cuffs are a bit tricky to adjust over certain shoes (like these!). Designers, please check out these easy instructions for avoiding the pants bug.

I love the shading at the top of this Black Shirt from Kalrau, giving the impression of a slightly tight fit (or lack of an iron ;). The rolled cuffs are well done sculpty attachments, and the insignia on the left chest pocket is a nice touch. The sculpty collar was a little tricky to attach correctly (move it up and forward a bit once you attach it), but I like the look it gives once it’s adjusted.
