I was looking for a long, elegant coat with a Victorian feel when I wanted to show the other cool steampunk accessories from LCC, and amazingly, Civvies designer Posy Trudeau came out with this new “Debaucher” coat exactly at the right time! Long (the coat bottom comes in two sizes: large and small), partially opened to show the soft, fur lining (matching the scultpy stole collar), this coat is very well done. The belt perfectly melds the jacket top portion with the coat bottom; the fur cuffed sleeves attach seamlessly. I really like this coat, and I think it works well to showcase Luther Carfagno’s accessories.
Shown today are a top hat, highlighted by a delicate stalk of wheat and gently curled brim. It’s easy to adjust and not comically large like most hats of this type I’ve tried on in SL.
Also featured is a green-tinted monocle, also from LCC, and the previously shown ear plugs with moving gears.
