I remember perfectly this very day.
People were horrified here in Paris.
Lot of them cried.
All french people felt being americans.
We all mourned with our brothers from the other side of the ocean.

You can get this free unisex T-Shirt in the womens & mens shops on the front reception desks,

  1. I remember it perfectly too, unfortunately. At that time I lived 20 minutes outside of NY City. I cannot even begin to explain what it was like for those surrounding the area, nevermind those that were closely involved. Complete mass hysteria is putting it midly. I can’t even find the words for it, but it is all permanently etched in my head forever. I lost 2 close friends on 9/11 and so many friends of mine lost friends & family members. So many people with no closure in their lives over the loss of a loved one. They were just …. gone.
Anyway, that’s why I make this shirt every year and I wear one similar in RL as well on each 9/11 anniversary.
I think I speak for a lot of people when I say thank you, Ben. It’s comforting to know how deeply this touched people in different countries as well. Sometimes this world can be a really mean place and then I get some hope again. *hugs*

  2. I too remember because I live in New York City. That day was horrifying… the only day in my life when I truly felt I might die.

Thank you so much for posting about this, as Lexi said, it is comforting to know others still care, too.

there is a 9/11 memorial sim opening today with activities all day, if anyone is interested.
